1. OUR SERVICES

PNS Associates provides professional advisory, facilitation, documentation, coordination and support services, which may include:

• loans and funding assistance;
• loan eligibility and loan-readiness support;
• credit report and CIBIL-related advisory or dispute assistance;
• business compliance and documentation services;
• property and real estate compliance support;
• insurance-related assistance;
• partner, referral and channel services; and
• other allied professional services.

The exact scope, fees and deliverables may vary according to the service selected and any quotation, invoice, proposal or written engagement.

2. IMPORTANT ROLE & NO-GUARANTEE DISCLOSURE

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, PNS Associates acts as an independent advisory, facilitation, documentation, coordination and support service provider.

PNS Associates is not a bank, NBFC, lender, credit bureau, insurer, government authority, court or regulator merely by providing these services.

We do not guarantee:

• loan approval, sanction amount, interest rate or disbursement timeline;
• any specific increase in credit or CIBIL score;
• deletion of accurate negative credit history;
• acceptance of a credit dispute by any lender or bureau;
• insurance issuance or claim settlement;
• government, statutory or regulatory approval; or
• absolute property title, ownership, marketability or absence of disputes.

Final decisions remain with the relevant bank, NBFC, lender, credit bureau, insurer, government authority, regulator or other independent third party.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to provide complete, accurate, genuine and lawful information and documents. You must not:

• submit forged or altered documents;
• provide false income, employment, KYC, banking or business information;
• conceal material liabilities or facts;
• impersonate another person;
• provide unauthorized third-party information; or
• request PNS Associates to undertake any unlawful or misleading activity.

Suspected fraud, misuse or misrepresentation may result in suspension or termination of services and other lawful action.

4. COMMUNICATION & DATA

By submitting an enquiry, requesting assistance or engaging our services, you authorize PNS Associates to contact you through phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp or other permitted channels for enquiry handling, service delivery, documentation, application updates, support and follow-up, subject to applicable law and consent requirements.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may coordinate with banks, NBFCs, lenders, insurers, credit information companies, authorized intermediaries, technology providers, advocates, chartered accountants, valuers, consultants, government portals and other service providers.

Such third parties may have independent eligibility criteria, policies, fees, timelines and decisions. PNS Associates is not responsible for independent third-party decisions, delays, rejections, system failures or policy changes except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

6. FEES, PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Fees depend on the service, complexity, professional effort, urgency, third-party costs and agreed scope. Government, lender, statutory, professional and third-party charges may be additional unless expressly included.

Fees may become earned once consultation, analysis, documentation, application preparation, report generation, professional work, third-party work or an agreed service milestone has commenced.

No automatic refund arises merely because:

• a loan is rejected or delayed;
• a lower amount is sanctioned;
• a credit score does not increase;
• a credit dispute is rejected;
• an authority delays or rejects a request;
• a property issue is discovered;
• an insurer rejects a proposal or claim; or
• the customer changes their mind after work begins.

Any legitimate refund request will be assessed according to the agreed scope, work completed, costs incurred, service deficiency and applicable law.

Customers should make payments only through officially communicated channels.

7. WEBSITE & CONTENT DISCLAIMER

Website content, calculators, reports, eligibility assessments, AI-assisted outputs and other information may be indicative and are provided for general information or service facilitation.

They should not automatically be treated as:

• a binding loan sanction;
• legal, tax or investment advice;
• a guaranteed credit outcome;
• an insurance guarantee;
• a title certificate; or
• government or regulatory approval.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PNS Associates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from third-party rejection, lender or bureau decisions, government delays, inaccurate user information, unauthorized payments, external system failures, policy changes or events beyond reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.

9. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

PNS Associates may suspend or discontinue services in cases involving suspected fraud, forged documents, abuse, threats, unlawful conduct, non-payment, misuse of systems, material breach or legal/compliance requirements.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith written communication and the applicable Grievance Redressal Policy.

Subject to mandatory statutory or consumer rights, courts of competent jurisdiction at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction.
