If you have any concern regarding our services, payments, communications, privacy, document handling, service delays, or the conduct of any employee, partner or representative, please contact us with your name, mobile number, service details and a brief description of the issue.
RESOLUTION TIMELINE
We aim to acknowledge grievances within 2 business days and resolve ordinary complaints within 15 business days, subject to complexity and third-party dependencies.
Complaints involving decisions of banks, NBFCs, credit bureaus, insurers, government authorities or other independent third parties may need to be raised directly with the concerned entity.
